This is a Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located on the top level of the building and close to the Clubhouse Amenities Building.  The unit sleeps up to 10 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, the loft area has twin bunk beds, a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area.  The owners have provided dedicated Wi-Fi in this unit for guest use. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen with new stove and dishwasher in February 2016 , living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens.  This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fee.
