This Penthouse unit is a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, and is located on the top level of the building and close to the Clubhouse Amenities Building.  The unit sleeps up to 12 people with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, in the loft there is a Queen bed on one side and the other side has 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds.  The banister from the loft area looking down to the living and dining areas has been child-proofed. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area.  As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens.   This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fee.
