Each of our units is individually owned with private telephone lines.
There is no charge for local calls, (i.e.: the exchanges 374, 383, 356 & 447). Any other toll calls must
be made through the operator, (dial “O”) or charged to a telephone calling card, (dial “O” + number calling+ calling card number).
If you are with a group renting 2 or more units, please be careful not to mix items in your unit with those of another. Unit inventories are done on a regular basis.
Daily towel or linen replacement and housekeeping are not provided on a regular basis. If you are staying 6 nights or longer we can provide a towel and linen change weekly during your stay. Please let the front desk know what day you would like to have it done. Also housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Each unit has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
RECREATION BUILDING HOURS are 9 AM ~ 10 PM daily unless otherwise posted. Winter Hours Sunday thru Thursday 9 AM ~9 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM ~ 10 PM. There is a indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, exercise area, and a game room for your use. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Also on the property are two tennis courts, basketball hoops, skate pond (winter) and playground. Alcohol is not permitted in or around the recreation building. Please do not use glass around the pool, whirlpool or changing areas. House rules will be strictly enforced.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. As a courtesy to other guests we ask that you please comply with the quiet hours by limiting noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM. We would appreciate it if you would put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle, turn off all lights, set the thermostat at 60°, lock all doors and windows and remove all trash and recyclables. Failure to remove the trash will result in a $25 fee. Please drop the keys off at the front desk, and we will give you a receipt upon your departure.
